I’ve been training a wider variety of clients for over 10 years as a personal trainer. My primary focus and background is in strength training, weight loss, and injury prevention.
I focus on making sure that each program I put together is correctly suited for my client’s personal needs and goals. Having the optimal program customized for you and then progressing appropriately plays a significant role in reaching your fitness goals. Another big piece of the puzzle is often accountability, and I want to provide that to each one of my clients.
