There is so much misinformation out there that it can feel completely overwhelming. I take pride in being able to connect with my clients, break down and teach them why they are doing what they are doing, and allow them to feel confident in the decisions that they are making and that they are in good hands with a coach that cares about their success in and out of the gym.
