I've been in fitness since I was 12, starting to lift weights as part of a youth football program, then onward through high school and Division 1 College football. I've competed and placed at the national level in powerlifting, and I've helped clients ranging from 12 to 72 years old build functional strength for athletic competition and general physical preparedness.
