Working out is being comfortable with your trainer and the exercises your doing. It's about holding yourself accountable and learning about what you're doing and why you're doing it. Anyone can watch a video, but without the understanding the logistics behind it, it soon becomes pointless and ineffective. Working out is hard enough, and at times if we didn't laugh we'd cry :-) but it's my job to help my clients see through the hard parts and succeed :-).
My favorite workouts are upper and lower body super sets followed by a variety of HIIT exercises.
I love fruits, vegetables, and peanuts. Dark chocolate isn't my #1, but chocolate is chocolate! :-)
Never been a fan of avocados or grapefruit and any fish from the water should be thrown back :-) :-)

It really depends on my mood. I usually have a mixture of today's hits, 80's, and classic rock.
I feel people are surprised to know that I have insecurities and flaws just like everyone else
