Tbh, compared to other coaches, I train like an absolute lunatic. I also nerd out on training science like it'll solve every problem in my life, and that reflects in my programs. I work best with clients who are tired of vanilla programs, sick of injuries, and are ready to start hitting PR's again. Also, last I checked, Chat-GPT never lifted a weight or trained through an injury.
