As a coach, I always seek to find new ways to make the programming interesting for the athletes/clients. Having faced my own struggles with consistently working out, I will be a motivating factor to help clients to reach their goals! Although there is an abundance of training material online, having a coach/system that organizes and programs that information into an easy-to-follow process will be essential to the client's success; as well as having someone that will hold them accountable.
Resistance training/powerlifting followed by a short HIIT workout.
Baked/steamed broccoli, Baked sweet potatoes, Brown rice, and lean meats, especially grilled fish.
Not a big fan of asparagus and steamed peas:-P
