My Mission

I am an energetic athlete in my 50's that's certified in personal training and sports rehabilitation. My experience in running and martial arts has taught me how to be confident, patient and disciplined. I have a strong desire to teach my clients how to obtain the same attributes about themselves. The majority of my clientele are ages 50 and up, who want to improve their health, stay active or even hit their pr's with endurance training. I believe that a positive approach with nutrition and fitness will make a difference in the achievement of your goals. I understand that as we age our bodies change and so should your fitness plan. I provide a non-judgmental environment and keep my focus on each client's individual goals and abilities. My mission is to help clients stay active and push through their personal barriers.

I am a vegetarian athlete and have been for over 20 years. Quinoa is my go-to for muscle recovery.

I'm not a fan of tofu or mangos.
