I individualize all workouts to make them specific to each client. I don't believe in cookie cutter workouts or nutrition. I make sure all clients do the exercises correctly and will alter a program immediately to ensure they are not going to hurt themselves or if a movement is not possible for them at that time. I like to take the time to get to know my clients and what will work best for them.
