I am a big cheerleader for my clients. I have a can-do attitude and hold my clients accountable. I have open and honest conversations and sessions with clients to get to know their personality, wants, needs and goals. It is my job to make sure they are attainable and they achieve them.
HIIT circuit training, mixed with cardio and weights. Yoga and Pilates for stretching/lengthening.
Salads - huge fan of mixed greens, protein, veggies and some fruits. Yogurt w/ granola and fruit.
