My Mission

Fitness is important for improving the quality of everyday life. It will enable people to feel better and move better while extending their lifespan. It is important to be healthy for yourself and for the people who love you and rely on you. Exercise will help you to feel great and look good. Life is about forming good habits to achieve the sucess you desire. One of the easiest and most beneficial ways of creating exceptional habits is by committing to your fitness, and starting an exercise regime. The disciple will carry over to other parts of life. I got into fitness to show people that they can achieve the goals they want. Coaching individuals on how to correctly and efficiently exercise is my way of laying a foundation for successful life habits, building stronger healthier bodies and increasing confidence. For those that already have the success they want outside of fitness, my goal is to show them that they can make time for their health and have fun doing it!

Why Train With Me

Having accountability is often a missing and essential part of achieving success in any endeavor, especially fitness related goals. It is easier to stay consistent when you have someone to report to. I work with clients to create training plans that they enjoy and can fit into their schedules. I like to utilise exercises the client already loves and I work with them to find alternatives for movements they dislike or are unable to do. I want them to achieve success in life and fitness.

My go-to workout

Deadlifts have always been my favorite. It gives me exciting and invigorating emotions!

Healthy food I love

French Toast and Sugar Free Brownie Waffles (search Remington James on YouTube). Salmon aswell.

Healthy food I hate

I don't really hate any food, but I think apples are overrated.

Why Train With Me

I work with clients to create training plans that they enjoy and can fit into their schedules.
