I’m very compassionate, patient and encouraging. I believe that I would be good at helping to motivate and be a good support system for a client. I started out searching online and I know firsthand how fast you can get unmotivated or just discouraged because you’re not sure if what you’re doing is correct.
I love a good leg day always starting of with my stretches and then I move to compound movements.
I love Oikos yogurt mixed with frozen fruit(: also Goodles protein macaroni my kids and I love.

I do aerial arts! I also encourage kids with disabilities to have fun getting active.
