My Mission

My mission is to help clients be the best caretaker of their bodies by helping them create habits in fitness, nutrition, and overall balance in life. Additionally, I desire to help them reach goals they never thought possible, as I did when I ran a marathon. I believe that we only have one body and it is up to us to steward our bodies to the best of our ability. This belief has become a passion to help others create habits that will last a lifetime. These habits can assist in fitness goals, proper nutrition to feel and perform to the best of their abilities, and a balance that allows them to enjoy achieving these goals while also taking part in life with family and the ones that they love. So often we limit ourselves to what we are capable of doing or tell ourselves "One day I will run that race! or lose that weight!" I am here to help you make "one day" TODAY!

Why Train With Me

I can give coaching, information and tips you will not find just anywhere. I have walked the walk in training for sports, races and have reach elite levels of strength through proper programing and education. I have helped athleteshave huge strength increases, as well as a mother struggling with an autoimmune disease regain strength and movements that had been lost. Finally, I love people more then anything and sincerely want the best for everyone, especially my clients.

My go-to workout

A hybrid style workout involving strength training and cardiovascular training such as running.

Healthy food I love

Oatmeals with berries, Smoothies, Protein pancakes and anything with Sweet potatoes.

Healthy food I hate

I’m not a huge fan of uncooked vegetables- I preferred them cooked in some sort of fashion.
