I’m able to adapt workouts to each client’s specific needs and concerns, and I have a wealth of nutritional knowledge as well. I believe in treating mind, body and soul, and each client comes with unique barriers keeping them from being their best! You have to meet them where they’re at and improve from there. Plus, I’m a lot of fun and will work hard for those who really put in the effort!
I ❤️ leg day! It’s usually a mix of plyometrics & strength training. Always a good sweat sesh!
