As a physical therapist, I have learned to make each plan of care very individualized by building report with clients and getting to understand who they are and their interests so ensure they enjoy what we are doing & I plan to incorporate that being a coach!
Strength training with Pilates mixed in to improve core activation and posture.
I eat a fairly good amount of protein - steak, chicken, beef, sausage, to keep me full and satiated!

Despite being an athlete my whole life and being pretty clumsy, I have never broken a bone
