My Mission

My highest priority is to create a virtually immersive fitness environment whether it’s through both live sessions and program design or only one out of the two. For beginners, I strive to remove any barriers to exercise. However I’m starting to discover it is not only beginners which have this issue. Ever since we started to shelter in place due to unforeseen circumstances in both the United States and around the rest of the world, many gym members have cut back on their daily routine of frequently attending their usual fitness center. I would like to work towards achieving what was possible pre-COVID-19 since we cannot backtrack, we can only move forward in order to progress. The difference for me in my perception of “having” a following versus “obtaining” a following comes down to individuals becoming an inspiration to others. My job as a personal trainer will only be complete once I know my clientele’s lives have changed in addition to separate individuals they have relations with.
