I was a D1 athlete, I've trained weight, calisthenics, tumbling, dance etc. I have a great deal of experience in improving the body and walk the walk as well. I am also a strong believer that Working Out can be a great joy. Talking, having fun, Laughing its all apart of the experience with me.
