I like to make training for my clients as simple as possible, whether that’s making videos or descriptions for workouts to help them understand how to perform an exercise safely. I have years of experience with former clients as well as training myself so that I will be able to relate to clients.
When pressed for time, I enjoy 30-minute HIIT workouts including weights and cardio.
