Free information does not always fit the client's needed, level of training, nutrition goals, etc. Training with someone provides undivided attention to what the client is trying to achieve. I am someone who puts the time in to understand who this client is and how they work in order to program a routine/workout that will not only achieve their goals, but keep their engagement up.
