My Mission

My mission is to help people realize that physical fitness doesn’t have to be daunting. I struggled for years and had the traditional “dad-bod” until taking action. To say I was overwhelmed with the info out there an understatement! Then, I linked up with a group of guys who motivated dads to take the long game approach and I really began to research what does and doesn’t work. Once I had the right mindset to incorporate what I had learned, there was no stopping me! I lost 26lbs while dropping two pant sizes and getting shredded. The cool thing was that the principals I learned were sustainable for the long term because these were not temporary fixes; these were new lifestyle habits. Friends and family began asking me what I was doing to get in and stay in shape. Giving advice was becoming a passion and I then decided to pursue my trainer certification. Helping others see that physical fitness doesn’t have to be insurmountable has been a dream come true!

Why Train With Me

Once I had someone who showed me how to get it done, my whole outlook changed. Going at it alone is daunting, at best, and can leave one confused and overwhelmed; I’d simplify the process and show potential clients that fitness is about lifestyle changes that will pay huge dividends for the rest of their lives!

Not a fan of fruit (I’m in the minority). I hate the texture of fruit, so, I’m a vegetable guy!
