I’ve experienced the pitfalls of failing at diets and routines and also being overwhelmed with the entire fitness experience. Once I had someone who showed me how to get it done, my whole outlook changed. Going at it alone is daunting, at best, and can leave one confused and overwhelmed; I’d simplify the process and show potential clients that fitness is about lifestyle changes that will pay huge dividends for the rest of their lives!
