My level of expertise goes beyond just knowledge of fitness and health. I am a mom, career woman, and have common struggles trying to achieve everything. I can relate to lifestyles that are challenging. But, I also believe that goals can be attainable by creating balance through lifestyle change and managing one's schedule. A google search or instagram post from fitness influencers are misleading because it does not reflect real life individual situations.
My most effective workout is a combination of cardio, strength and yoga/mobility training.
Veggies with teriyaki sauce, yogurt mixed with berries and nuts, and my daily strawberries and PB.
I'm vegetarian, so meat, but I can't use the word hate - my body just works better.
