I have worked with clientele of drastically varying populations (middle-aged deconditioned people, obese young adults, strength athletes, etc.) for varying goals (muscle growth, strength gain, weight loss, longevity, injury rehab, etc.), granting me a diverse array of adaptable training skills. Atop this, I've faced limitations with injury throughout my own training journey, thereby garnering yet more specialized experience in the realm of training around/in spite of physical limitations.
My favorite workouts are hypertrophy-focused weight training days consisting of isolation exercises.
My favorite healthy foods are steaks & baked potatoes, as well as an old-fashioned lean beef burger.
As great as it is nutritionally, I am not a fanatic for canned tuna meals.

I don’t usually listen to music while working out, but if I do, it’s heavy metal.
Fun fact: despite being a trainer, I have a B.A. in philosophy; these two fields are not unrelated.
