I will give my client not only the motivation to reach their health and fitness goals but I will educate them through the process so they know I am invested in their goals. I will be available to them all days of the week for motivation and guidance when needed. Being able to adapt, be motivational, show empathy, and communicate to a client is what makes a great personal trainer.
