I was a personal trainer for six years before going back to school for physical therapy assistant. Now, along with my Kinesiology degree and personal training experience, I have close to 10 years experience working in rehab settings as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I can offer workouts that also cater to individual needs if there are certain injuries or limitations. I also have trained pre and post natal workouts for clients in the past and also for myself who just had my second child.
I love short high intensity workouts due to time restraints with two kids. Cardio barre is my go-to.

I have a variety that I enjoy, mostly pop/rock. It also depends on what type of workout I am doing.
I actually have a great passion for dancing. I never got into anything professional but I love it.
