Along with 23 years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition counselor, I have trained for and completed multiple Ironman and ultra-endurance events. I have trained and raced during and following both of my pregnancies and I have overcome, through exercise, the many issues arising from IVF treatments. I have worked with athletes of all levels, from the very young to the aging athlete.
