I am a certified personal trainer for 10 years, also certified in Nutrition, Tabata, Dance, Yoga and HIIT, My clients range from 20s to 80s & have worked with the physically challenged and injured.
The training methods that I use are specific to each client. I listen to their needs and put that first. Delicately I balance between coaching and pushing someone to go a little farther and work harder. I am very accessible and in constant communication with my clients. The relationship changes from trainer - client to friend - friend as I have their best interest at heart. I want people to succeed as much as they do and work hard helping him/her make lasting changes.
