I have worked with Orange Theory Fitness, earned certifications in personal training and corrective exercise, worked as a medical assistant in a cardiovascular clinic, passed Army Air Assault School and other Army training, and competed in multiple long-distance endurance races.
My go-to workout is either a mid-distance run or a quick, high-intense lifting session.
I love fruit, it's one of my favorite things. I can't forget about peanut butter, though!
