My Mission

I live and train by the motto "Principles without practice are powerless." In life, we are bombarded with loads of information, most of which is useless unless we put them into practice. Real change and growth take time and effort, and there are no shortcuts or quick fixes. However, the rewards of a healthier lifestyle are immeasurable. That's why I offer my clients a realistic, sustainable, and educational health program that they can carry with them forever. By considering each individual's intrinsic motives and long-term health and life goals, I design unique programs tailored to their needs.

Why Train With Me

My go-to workout

Leg days mixed with core/stability & balance, then finish with a row machine for cardio is a must!

Healthy food I love

I'm a big fan of natural, fresh food and I make a conscious effort to limit my intake of processed.

Healthy food I hate

I have a strong dislike for only two foods, which are Tomatoes and Cooked Spinach.
