Being an educator I have a unique way of delivering messages and communicating in an effective manor with a multitude of different populations and personalities. I will allow the clients to maintain control of their programs in order to establish responsibility and build self esteem. My approach is not just based on getting in better shape or changing the way a client eats, but changing the behaviors that they established which put them in their current position. Doing so, will allow for long term sustainable healthy behaviors.
I love all types of workouts but my favorite is high intensity resistance training!
My go to healthy food is spinach! I include it in multiple meals a day. Greens are the way to go!
I never say never to any food! But if I had to choose one it would be Brussel sprouts!
