My Mission

I got into fitness because after retiring from football. My fitness level and helping others with their fitness and coaching football felt natural. My mentor had a big impact on my life and fitness and if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today. Fitness is where I go to escape the reality that I'm actually not playing football no more. I love working out and coaching people to be better then me. I want to give back to other who need it. My favorite quote that I always say to people is “To keep pushing and never give up on something you believe in! Effort will define you as a person and God would lead you to glory. The world is yours! Hard work beats talent any day, put in the work to see change!”

Why Train With Me

I’m very knowledgeable and have tons of experience. Clients will choose me because I’m very engaging, high spirit, great funny personality (I’ll smile at you while I’m torturing you), will push them hard ( hard work isn’t easy, that’s why it’s called hard work), and I’m great with people.
