I believe actual training experience is more important than degrees or the number of certifications a trainer has. After all what good is education if a trainer doesn’t know how to effectively implement it. I have over 27,000 hours of actual one on one training experience. I have been training clients full time for almost 22 yrs. I know how to effectively train a client & I’m ready to train you.
Just about anything. I like to change things up. However weight training is always involved.
Sweet potatoes and grass fed beef.
I don’t like a lot of fish.

I like a variety. I usually pick something that has the same tempo of the workout I’m doing.
I love cheese burgers & fries. I have to work to stay in shape (it’s not something that is given)
