My Mission

In 2003 my father almost died from having a 98% blockage in his artery, one year after my 52-year mom passed away from Colon Cancer. Thankfully he chose to live and decided to change his lifestyle through exercise and healthy nutritional choices. He educated himself immensely and passed on his new knowledge to me. At that time I had a one-year-old son and realized how fragile life is. I too changed my lifestyle and never looked back. My nutritional habits changed and I incorporated various fitness routines. I lost 50 pounds! I have been extremely passionate about helping and encouraging others to lead a healthy life, so they can live a healthier life, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I hope that by sharing my story and leading by example, I will be able to inspire people to join me on this journey.

Why Train With Me

Living a healthy lifestyle has been an important part of my life. I have always enjoyed helping and encouraging people to live their best healthiest life. I am a motivated and compassionate trainer that would do my best to create the best personalized routine to achieve the clients goals. I would help to overcome any obstacles throughout the fitness journey and introduce a variety of new exercises to continue motivation, accountability, preventing boredom and succeed with confidence.

My go-to workout

I enjoy a spin-bike cardio, rowing, hiking, back-packing, weight lifting and yoga.

Healthy food I love

Fish, beans, avocado, all veggies and fruits.

Healthy food I hate

I don't hate any healthy food. I am a pescatarian (for health reasons) so I do not eat animal meat.
