I have the ability to connect with people on a personal level so I know I can be the support and guide that people need to feel good, move better, and be more confident in their skin. I am constantly consuming the latest information in fitness so I can create the most beneficial programs for each individual person. Fitness isn't one size fits all, and it is my job to find the areas each client needs improvement in and be able to push them where needed so every client is successful.
The go-to workout has to have heavy squats and deadlifts. I love chasing the leg pump!
I could eat over-easy eggs all day, every day!
