They should train with me because I make the time to listen and hear what people want and need. I want people to get the results THEY want. I want them to feel and know that I want them to succeed and want to develop a plan that motivates them and enables them to reach the goals they want for their lives. I want to both lead someone through their health journey and walk alongside them.
HIIT with a bit of heavy weights (extra points if it’s an outdoor workout!) and or 2-3 Mile jog.
Oatmeal with blueberries, Grilled chicken salad, all the fruits, Quinoa with veggies and shrimp!
Salmon and mushrooms!
