I have made a career of being very client experience focused. I know that fitness is hard, and difficult for many to reach their goals. Client engagement and motivation are the most important things to success, therefor daily fitness needs to be exciting and fresh. Feeling good about each workout and taking one step at a time will accomplish anything. I will always put in the maximum effort to motivate, adjust, listen or push where I can to make sure my clients find the right path to success.
