With my experience as a sports coach (gymnastics and breakdance), I have the ability to hold clients accountable and help them reach their goals. In addition to my NASM CPT certificate, I hold a sport science diploma and I am studying towards a bachelors in Kinesiology. With this, I can provide clients with adequate knowledge to help them learn more about health and fitness.
My go-to workout is an intense upper body session.
