I have been working in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. I have in depth experience working with the tactical community, as my 9-5 is with the Canadian Armed Forces as a Strength Coach ( military, fire, police). In addition I specialize in endurance sport, functional fitness and pre/postpartum fitness and recovery. In my career I have worked with hundreds of athletes, I know the small behavioural tips and tricks that can help clients make a permanent lifestyle change.
I love to mix it up! But you can usually find me spinning and lifting weights ( functional fitness)
I love plant based foods, and visiting the farmers market for fresh organic chicken and eggs.
