Being a transformational health and nutrition coach, I understand the barriers, limiting beliefs, and habits that get in the way of our goals. I am a knowledgeable trainer who can customize workout plans to fit their lifestyle, needs, and limitations while helping them to uncover their barriers to success. Together, we will focus on the big picture and I will be there to hold the highest vision of that client to be true.. I believe health begins with our mindset, and sometimes we need someone to help us reframe our thoughts, beliefs, and habits so we can be the best version of ourselves. I will be there for them when life gets in the way when they feel unmotivated or uninspired. I will be there to encourage them, support them and remind them why they began in the first place.
I love a good strength training session to feel strong or if I want to get it done quick tabata!
I love a good stir fry or curry as it has a ton of vegetables while also packing a ton of flavour!
