I have a solid understanding that fitness isn't always black and white. The most optimal exercise is the one that you're going to wake up and complete on schedule. The most optimal nutrition is what you're realistically going to eat every day. Your plan has to allow for occasional vacations and birthday cakes without guilt. We will work for physical health that doesn't wreck your mental health!
Currently I do 4 full body strength exercises per week and get 10,000 steps a day!
I could eat Cava's Chicken + RightRice bowl every day! I also love a bowl of grapes and blueberries!
Broccoli! I will eat fruit over vegetables any day, but I can tear apart some baby carrots.
