My Mission

My mission is to positively influence others by leading a healthy life. I want to be able to make an impact in people’s lives by providing the best service I can. I want to use my skills and abilities to help people reach their goals and have the best quality of life possible. I will continue to improve my knowledge and understand the needs of each person I get the chance to interact with. I will advocate for my clients to continue their programs until they reach their goals and create new goals. I will do so by teaching them to be independent through intentional education and feedback. This is important to me, and I want to build that within all my clients so that they can continue to progress and maintain a healthy lifestyle!

Why Train With Me

I graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning. During my time there, I had the privilege of working in the state-of-the-art on-campus physical therapy clinic, where I gained valuable hands-on experience. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with student-athletes both in the weight room and in the research lab. Alongside these experiences, I have worked as a fitness coach, with diverse populations that encompass beginners, high-level athletes, and individuals ranging from children to older adults. The comprehensive range of experiences shows the depth and variability of my training background. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Columbia University. My primary objective is to deepen my understanding of various populations, pathologies, treatment strategies, and therapeutic techniques within the field of physical therapy. Through immersive, hands-on experiences, I aim to refine and practice my skills as a therapist while developing innovative concepts of patient care. By implementing these ideas into my future practice, I believe I can better prepare myself to deliver comprehensive and exceptional care. I remain passionate in my commitment to expanding my knowledge, exploring new topics, and embracing new situations to continually grow as a clinician. This dedication to self-improvement serves as my motivation, as I firmly believe that the more I learn, the more effectively I can help those who seek my assistance. This expert knowledge from my DPT courses can be provided to clients who I work with.

I had a phone conversation with my coach, and she laid everything out for me and how the program works. She holds me accountable, which is what I need. Her workouts are challenging and never boring. I've been using Kickoff for a number of months now and it's really helped change my outlook on exercise. My trainer is knowledgeable and encouraging, but not in an annoying way! The guidance makes me want to work out more. And for those times when I don't, the motivation helps get me there. I definitely feel stronger and more fit overall, and Kickoff makes me feel like I can do it. Strongly recommend trying it out!

I've been using Kickoff for three months and love it. I've essentially outsourced workout related concerns to my coach, and am healthier for it. It holds me accountable and gives me the info I need to be healthy. My current workout regimen is likely the most balanced and healthy it's ever been — good mix of cardio and weights. In the past, I've avoided weightlifting / core workouts since I never really knew what workouts I should be doing. Now, going to the gym is a breeze with the app. I just open the app and follow the workout.
