I want to be there for each other, to continue to grow in all aspects of life, and achieve goals despite any tribulations. I truly believe in empathy and understanding how the client is feeling overall. Also, I do believe that I have a lot of credibility and diverse things to offer.
My go-to workout would consist of a full-body dumbbell circuit, along with functional movements.
Some healthy foods I love are grilled chicken, salmon, roasted potatoes, and plenty of fresh fruit.
I do not care much for zucchini, watermelon, quinoa, cauliflower, or bananas.
