Each person is different and therefore requires a customized approach. One workout that works for someone will not necessarily work for someone else. This means that free programs online could very well derail progress by not allowing the client to follow a plan that is better for them. By working with a trainer who has extensive knowledge, they are setting up a path toward what they truly need with a timeline that is more streamlined than it would be if there were working based on trial and error. The human body is my passion as I enjoy the puzzle that is each person. I have dedicated my studies to understanding all aspects of fitness and why each program works differently for each person. I believe that fitness should be functional and enhance daily life and function. My studies have given me the ability to recognize the differences in each individual and tailor programs that fit a wide variety of needs.
I love a workout that incorporates functional body movements, weight training, and body balancing.
Food is medicine. My go-to is broccoli, Cabbage, and ALL FRUITS, and I am a big steak lover.
