Training has been my passion since the age of 12. I have learned so much along the way, and I hope to be able to share all of the great information and research I’ve done over the years to help people avoid the mountains of misinformation and pseudoscience out there about training. I was a college level wrestler at Williams Baptist, and have been natural bodybuilding for 14 years. I will work with a client to build a program that is tailored towards their goals and respects their time they are able to put towards training and their own recovery ability.
Traditional, old-school weightlifting focused around the big basic lifts and progressive overload.
Basic, healthy, and quick! Scrambled eggs, milk, and ground beef with rice and chicken stock.
I really don't care for tomatoes, soy milk, or avocados. Those things just taste nasty to me!

I'm very into drawing! I've always wanted to be comic book artist since I was a little kid.
