My knowledge of exercise science and my experiences training clients over the last few years have given me many tools to train just about any client! I have worked with clients from a rehab level to athletes and everyone in between. I enjoy being challenged with clients goals and do everything I can to help them achieve their goals!
My favorite day is leg day! My typical workouts include resistance training followed by cardio.
My days often consist of some combination of: eggs, oatmeal, fruit, veggies, & chicken.
There’s not too many foods I dislike. I’m open to try most things as long as there’s no olives!

When I was 17 I was diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa which had a huge impact on my career path.
