If the client is a good fit and we hit it off. They should stick not because I train them better than someone else but rather because they can trust me, there is a bond and relationship established with trust. They can trust that I will be consistent with them in all aspects that they need of me. Sometimes going at it alone is nice but sometimes we need the support and drive from someone else.
My go to type of workouts have to be compound oriented. Squat is always my go to on a free day.
Fruits and vegetables, I do prefer going after protein as well, beef or chicken.

One thing is that I solve a rubix cube during my rests between sets to keep myself mentally focused.
