I’d recommend training with me versus other trainers or online sources because I take a different strategy to my coaching. I strive to teach life skills and provide a personalized plan to work toward the specific goals the client is going to reach. I teach more than exercises, I teach discipline and the value/importance of health, both mental and physical. Another big difference is accountability
