A client should train with me because I will clearly communicate what I would like them to do in order for them to achieve their goals. There’s so much information online that it can get confusing, but if a client hires me to be their coach, I will make the process as simple as possible for them. All they’ll have to do is put in the work.
My go-to type of workout would be a heavy leg day. The feeling when you’re done is so rewarding!
