I believe a client should train with me because I will encourage them to push past what they think is possible. I like to be efficient with my clients time and train total body, working on improving strength, muscular endurance, power and cardiovascular endurance. I believe training this way improves your overall quality of life and benefits you for the long haul.
Total body lifts, split into push/pull. Including plyometrics and calisthenics in every workout.
Almost all fruits and vegetables. I love a good power bowl or salad.
