I like to train my clients depending on their individuality. Each person is different so I plan according to what each one likes. I like to motivate by checking in every day and giving tips on sleep and food choices but also I try to be understanding in that you may have good days and bad days. I don’t want my clients to feel discouraged when they mess up but to take those moments and learn from them instead.
I love to incorporate Pilates and yoga moves into my resistance training workouts
