I would argue the main reason is because I have attained results myself as far as muscle gain and increasing run times. As a three time winner of my High School’s Iron man award, I know for fact I am well positioned to show others how to train and get true results. A big part of my philosophy as well is working on mental fortitude and that is 90% of the battle when training for results.
