I make them not involucrate to it's purpose but commit to it's purpose, that's something really hard to accomplish if you don't have someone who motivates you from the beginning to start creating your discipline towards your goals, celebrating each new step you taking to reach it, finding out and resolving any problems that may occur along the way and fixing it together to get to the results soon.
